Shipping policy

Processing time 

Most orders will be processed within 2-3 working days after the order is placed. 

Please note that the domestic and international shipping times are not included in our processing time. They will only take effect after your order has been processed. 

After submitting the order, you have 3 hours to make modifications, including changing the delivery address. Once the order is sent to our shipping team, no further changes can be made. Therefore, please double-check that your delivery address is correct before completing the checkout process. 

Depending on the mode of transportation you have chosen, you can expect to receive your tracking number within 2-3 working days after your order is processed. 

Domestic and international transportation partners include UPSMI, UPS, USPS, FedEx, Passport and DHL. 

The delivery times for the cooperative products vary. Please refer to the product pages for the specific delivery times. 

 

Domestic shipping fee 

Choose Standard Delivery. The package will be delivered within 7-12 working days after processing. This option is applicable to all addresses within the United States. This delivery method offers logistics tracking service. 

 

Choose "Express Delivery"for delivery 4-7 business days after processing, the express shipping fee is 19 US dollars. Place the order before 12 noon Eastern Time, and it will be processed on the same day; for orders placed after that, they will be processed on the next working day. This delivery method provides logistics tracking service. 

International Transportation 

International orders are usually delivered within 7 to 14 working days after processing is completed. 

For international USPS mailing, please allow several days for completing the customs documents and international shipping procedures. During certain times of the year, this process may take up to 30 working days. 

Many international orders are subject to customs duties/taxes, and these fees will not be included in the total order amount when you make the payment. These fees vary by region and are borne by the consumers themselves. To avoid any unexpected situations, please familiarize yourself with the relevant regulations, laws, customs duties and tax policies of your country/region before placing the order.
